Saturday Conference...

Boston and i had such a great time going to the Saturday morning conference session with my sister Rachel, and Steve and kids (they were here visiting).

It was his first time going to The conference center and what a great experience to be there for the Solemn assembly. It was Wonderful!!

~After the first session we went to "The Grand America", where they were staying and all the kids went swimming in the indoor pool.
Then we were off to watch Boston play in his Soccer game, and then we all went to Tepanyaki for dinner while the Boys were at the Priesthood session.
It was a fun filled day, that is for sure!!

Our Beloved Prophet...

I knew this day was coming, but you can never prepare yourself for it. When i heard of his passing last night, i had mixed emotions. Sad, because we love him so much and hard to have him gone, but Happy that he gets to reunite with his Darling wife.
What a Beautiful day it must be for him to see her again!
I am so grateful that i got to see him at a General Conference, and enjoy the sweet spirit that was there, while singing "We thank thee O God for a Prophet", that was an amazing experience that i was hoping to take Boston to this coming Spring.

This is the Prophet who i will always Remember, whose words helped me through some of the Hardest times in my life, and who has sculpted me to be the kind of Woman, Wife & Mother that i am! This is the The Prophet who helped me Gain my Testimony, & helped me to become a better person, to him i am forever grateful.

I like to imagine that he is holding my baby boy, if for only a brief moment.

Conference Weekend...

I absolutley LOVED watching conference this weekend! Saturday was awesome, I felt that they talked a lot on Service, and A lot about what we believe, which is great for all the Media Checking out Mitt Romney! I loved to hear Sister Beck talk about Mothers, and how our children can really learn so much from our own homes. What a priviledge it is to be a Mother!

I have just had such an amazing feeling all weekend, I am so grateful for the Testimony that i have of the Gospel, I remember my grandma Bagley always telling us that we are "RICH",
"Rich in the Gospel of Jesus Christ"!
And i Feel "Rich"! I love this Gospel with all my Heart, & i love Pres. Hinckley! What a blessing it is to be a member of this Wonderful Church!

I asked Boston what he liked best about Conference, and he said "they talked alot about the Articles of Faith" and he said "mom, i want to shake all the apostles hands, cause i love them all so much, but i really want to HUG Pres. Hinckley"

I said..."So do i" We just love him to pieces and hope he will be around for a while longer!

President Hinckley is so Amazing, How do you NOT feel the Spirit when he speaks!
I absolutley loved This Morning and Saturday's Conference sessions. I loved President Fausts' talk on "Forgiveness" I still cannot believe how amazing the Ammish people are! They are great reminders of how we should be more forgiving.

Last October My niece Witney and I were able to go to the Conference Session in Salt Lake and It was soooo Incredible for us to Feel the Spirit so Strong there, Especially when we were singing "We thank thee O God for a Prophet" and you could just feel the Spirit so strongly that you couldn't even sing the words! I am so jealous of all the People who get to be in the Conference Center, It was such a Fabulous Experience!
We are so Blessed to have the Fullness of the Gospel, I want to SHARE this LOVE and Happiness with everyone! The church is True! May we all be better people and share the Love of our Savior Jesus Christ with Everyone!

Conference

Today was so Amazing! We (witney and I) went to the 2nd session of General Conference this afternoon. It was fabulous, The talks were amazing, I especially love the Talk by Jefferey R. Holland,He ended it Perfectly! What a great Opportunity for me to be able to be in the Presence of the Prophet, Gordon B. Hinckley. I can't even explain the Feeling that I felt when he entered the Room. He is so Sweet, and I Just Love him.
The greatest, was when we sang at the end of the session "We thank thee O God for a Prophet" When the Choir sang, It was beautiful, but when the Audience started to sing, and then one by one , everyone stood up to sing to the Prophet. Everyone was crying, I couldn't even sing. The General Authorities were even wiping their tears. As He was leaving he kept lifting his cane to wave to us and Blowing Kisses.
The Spirit was so strong, that's probably one of the Greatest memories I will ever have.
And the closest I will ever be able to get to the Prophet.
What a wonderful experience for Witney too, We will always remember the 176 semi-annual General Conference.
