my newest addiction...

I have always loved a good workout!  

but in october when my brother in law Trevor opened up his new

 crossfit gym in pleasant grove,  cory & i got addicted!

   sometimes the workouts are 8 min. sometimes 30 min. but regardless you get
 the highest intensity workout of your life in those short minutes.
I've almost puked a couple of times! ha

what is Crossfit?  Crossfit is a program that combines various functional 

movements into a timed or scored workout!

              

in 12 weeks i can tell i have become so much stronger, my body is changing

 and i am able to RX some of the workouts now!  I LOVE IT!

what i love most is it's like your on a team and everyone is cheering you on, 

because it is something that is SO hard. 

 our gym does kids crossfit as well, boston has been doing it and it's so great for kids!

along with many athletes, most Crossfitters follow the paleo diet.  I've ordered the book and

am in the middle of figuring out if it's even a possibility! ha

my friends who are doing it say they have ridiculous amounts of energy and 

lost lots of weight just in 2 weeks!

today my sister and i teamed up for the 'partner saturday' WOD!  

it was awesome!

The Vibe - Semi-Finals {for those of you who missed it}

The vibe made it to the Finals!  We didn't need to vote, they were the judges pick!

we had a party at Tasha's with the kids to watch it in the "theater room!"

 it was so fun!

the dance was pretty much amazing, and witney and all her friends are 

on their way home now!

but i can't help myself right now, i am loving this show!!!

Thanksgiving "feast" at School...

Today was the last day of school for the Thanksgiving Break! We are so excited to have our Taylor Cousins come and stay with us for Thanksgiving! We have lots of fun stuff planned!
We had his Class Thanksgiving Feast today also, and it was so yummy! One of the mom's made a cute turkey out of Fruit and vegetables!

I am going to give the guitar hero Clip another try....For some reason it wasn't working for some of you and so let me know if you can on this one!
By the way Boston is SO Good at it, and he is on the "Expert" level playing "Slow Ride"
Tonight Boston and I have soccer games at Timpanogos indoor soccer at the same time! Should be fun.

Boston on "Expert" guitar hero 3...

This is Boston playing "Slow Ride" on Guitar hero 3! We were watching "You tube" last night, and he saw all these kids totally Jammin' out, so he wanted to try it on the "Expert" one!

We had a fun night! Boston decided that he wanted to be the Activity part of FHE , so we let him rock out to his Guitar! He is actually pretty good, Uncle Darren and Ben would be so proud, since they taught him "Smoke on the Water"! WAY TO GO BOSS!!

For those of you who don't know me, i have a Secret (well not too much of a secret) obsession with Chocolate Chip Cookies! Not just any kind either, it's the Otis Spunkmeyer from Costco!
I am going through some serious Withdrawls the last two days!! I CAN'T FIND THEM! Our costco just stopped selling them, i guess! It's not that i eat them all the time, i just like to know that if i want them, i can make some! They seriously must have Crack/Cocaine in them, cause i haven't felt like i was addicted ever before! SCARY!

"LABOR DAY" part 3!

ok, so three times is a charm! Sorry to bore you with some more "Jump on it" stuff, but it is so much fun and we went today with the Johnson Cousins! My nephew Ben is here visiting with his friends and so we Just had to go AGAIN!
We saw a ton of our friends there today too, Check out the Video's of Boston doing his Backflips and Cory and The Twins!

We had so much fun with Todd, Jane and Kids. Brynn and Olivia played so dang cute with their Belle, and Ariel dolls. Boston Was LOVING his Sleepovers, and nowBen and Aaron leave tomorrow and i am back to a boring Schedule.
We LOVE hanging out with Cousins, Boston and Ben have been jamming out to his Electric Guitar all night, and Boston actually sounds really good!

"JUMP ON IT"

So this is pretty much one of the Coolest places ever! It is in a Warehouse with TONS of trampolines everywhere, up on the side too!
The kids (oh and Shea and I) had a BLAST! we had a ton of kids too... I am tending Chase and Caden Granum for a couple of Days and the Taylor Cousins all came too!
Caden was rippin on his Back flips, and Seriously they look so good! Boston was challenged by Caden so he started trying it out and by the end of the day was Landing his Back Flips!
It was so awesome!
We have a Housefull, but we are in Heaven, Especially Boston, 6 cousins, 2 Best friends and all sleeping over for a few days! Who could ask for anything better!
