keeping Halloween extra spooktacular, this year we made spaghettin in bell peppers, the kids thought that was so fun.  along with our traditional 'Dinner in Pumpkin' we added some 

"after Ghoul snacks" ha!!  i love this time of year!!

We carved pumpkins for family night and it is always a mess, but so fun to see the 

end result, right?! 

AF Canyon

We live right here by these beautiful mountains, it's breathtaking!

this is our stomping grounds for mountain biking and running. we love this canyon!

we took the kids and some cousins up to make and eat tin foil dinners and roast marshmallows!
it was the perfect evening, {besides the mosquitos we weren't prepared for}

we went on a little hike and then the boys went fishing while the kids played in the

water. 

this was on our summer bucket list!  we will definitely be doing this again.

"Disney" Family Night!!

The Taylor kids and The Granum kids went on a killer Treasure hunt tonight and found this "WONDERFUL" Treasure...

Yep, we suprised the kids tonight with a trip to "DISNEYLAND"!!!! We leave Thursday Morning. They were so pumped to see at the end of the Treasure Hunt, everyone had their own Treasure box, filled with Gold coins, "Disney Dollars", "Indiana Jones" t Shirts and Disney Figurines!

After the Treasure hunt, we all went to Fuddruckers for dinner and everyone was a little Wild!!
Then we came back to our house and Finished off the night with "Disney's Scene It"! Our Daddy's were very involved...Well until

ROCKIN' Out Family night!

We had a fun night! Boston decided that he wanted to be the Activity part of FHE , so we let him rock out to his Guitar! He is actually pretty good, Uncle Darren and Ben would be so proud, since they taught him "Smoke on the Water"! WAY TO GO BOSS!!

For those of you who don't know me, i have a Secret (well not too much of a secret) obsession with Chocolate Chip Cookies! Not just any kind either, it's the Otis Spunkmeyer from Costco!
I am going through some serious Withdrawls the last two days!! I CAN'T FIND THEM! Our costco just stopped selling them, i guess! It's not that i eat them all the time, i just like to know that if i want them, i can make some! They seriously must have Crack/Cocaine in them, cause i haven't felt like i was addicted ever before! SCARY!

Family Night!

We had so much fun coloring Easter Eggs for our Activity tonight! Chase came over to help out after we ate dinner with them at Tucano's! Olivia Loved coloring her eggs Pink. The Kit was so cute, it came with little antlers and Eyes, lips and little legs to decorate your egg with.
The kids had a good time and now my kitchen is Smelly and Messy!

tomorrow is a super busy day for us..... 6:45 Run

Mindy's Birthday Lunch at Olive Garden ( her fav!)
Put together Easter Baskets for Boston's Class at school!

Family Night!

Tonight for Family Home Evening we Sent the Kids on an Easter Egg hunt with the "13" articles of Faith and then we Decorated Easter Cookies! Mmmmm
Of Course the Egg hunt was pretty fun for Boston and he was able to put all the Articles of Faith in Order. Hayes and Olivia were in Heaven, Looking all over for the eggs and putting them in their Baskets! We had a Fun Night!

FHE! (Family Home Evening)

Tonight was our Family's turn to clean the Church! And it definitley needed to be cleaned. Our ward is in an older church, and you can tell nobody really tries to clean it right. So cory Pulled a "Phil Gunther", and Tore into it! We stuck the babies in the Nursery room, Hoping they would stay and Play......But they Remembered "The ROOM"! We did it and it looks great!

Boston has a Baseball game tomorrow in Taylorsville, a Pack meeting on Wednesday, and Grandma and Grandpa visiting on Thursday,& our School Carnival on Friday,& Chase's Birthday Party on Saturday Yeah! We are so excited to have some Company, especially Grandpa (my Dad), He is like another child in the House, so Boston thinks he has a friend sleeping over all weekend long, and I have to remind Grandpa to be careful, as he slide tackles my son onto the Kitchen floor and barely misses the corner.... It is quite funny!
We are getting all practiced up on our Chess Skills for Grandpa too! So you better be coming prepared!
I am loving this weather! This week is supposed to stay so nice, in the 70's! I need to get out and go biking or Something before it's GONE!

I am the Room Mom for Boston's First Grade class and we are auctioning off a huge Disney Basket full of DISNEY everything for the Carnival on friday, & I still need to get some mom's to come and help with the Carnival too. So what am I doing just rambling on when i really need to be calling around and getting it all put together!
