Last night Cory and I went to the "Enterprise Mentors international Gala" at the Grand America Hotel. It is an amazing Organization that helps out with Poverty in Third world Country's. There were some Incredible stories of how people live and what we can all do to help. Laura Bush recieved the "International Humanitarian Service Award" and Marion D. Hanks recieved the "Distinguished Service Award". It was such a great Experience and the food was Delicious. At the end of the evening we were able to hear from the "Mormon Tabernacle Choir" Which was Breathtaking. They are so much better in person than on TV.
My friend Mary was at our table and her Father is Elder Jeffrey R. Holland, so we were able to meet him and his wife. (Don't think i didn't give him a hug when i first met him) haha

Sounds like an amazing evening! I love that you got to hug Elder Holland. So cool!
So you're a quilter? I'm in LOVE with quilting. I spent the whiole year doing a special quilt for all of my kids. It was a lot of work but so worth it. Do you ever shop at the Corn Wagon? It's my favorite.

What a wonderful night. Patricia Holland is an amazing lady. Steve use to do her hair. I would sneak over to visit with her whenever I had a spare second.
