I am trying hard to keep my resolutions going strong, one thing that has been hard but awesome for me is going to the gym at 6am! Ugh, it's early but it's awesome and i get so much accomplished in the morning.{while kids are still sleeping}
Lately my favorite kick butt workout is SPIN class... it's a love/hate relationship.
Cory and I have been going more green. Besides recycling, we decided to do away with bottled water. The plastic bottles just sit in the landfills and pile up waste. This one was a very hard one for us, but instead we now fill up our reusable water bottles with the brita water and store them in the fridge, for the Gym, Games, on the go etc. We've been doing this for about 3 months and it's been awesome!
One of our favorite shows ever is "The Biggest Loser" it is so inspiring and motivating. I highly suggest watching it. These people have to work so hard to lose their weight and lose crazy amounts in One week! WE LOVE IT!
it's on Tues nights on NBC. I love Bob and Jillian and they give you training tips during the commercials...
It's a Must see!
My sister rachel has motivated some of us to run in a Half marathon this summer, i have ran one before and LOVED it! I love to run, but it takes me a while to get into it, and then after a few weeks, i am enjoying it. But that 2 weeks is NOT EASY!
and of course eating better { i follow this diet}, drinking more water, serve others better, quality scripture study, being a better wife and mother, and learning how to budget ...these are just a few of the things i am working on for 2010!!
~on a side note, Hapari Swimsuits are arriving this week! Yahoo, they will be available online at the end of the month and available in the store to buy on Jan 12th.
If your not familiar with Hapari then click here.

Those are some good ones! We love out Brita too! And I am right there with ya about working out everyday! For me, pilates kicks my butt! haha!
You go girl!
What about Cory's Resolution for you? I'm sure he's not pleased that it didn't make the list! ;)
Shannon you amaze me! You never cease to amaze me. I actually don't really do new years resolutions. I started in September picking one thing a month that I need to work on and then I make a habit of it and then the next month I pick something new, it has been really great for me, because working on multiple things stresses me out!
YAH for 1/2 Marathons!!!!
Those are some great resolutions! You are so motivated and so motivating...thank you for that!
you go girl! good luck with the half marathon, i'll be cheering for YOU!
