My sisters and I were chaperoning my niece's "Sweet 16" party at the VIBE! There were a gazillion kids there. Jill had a DJ come, made T shirts that said I {heat} Witney, and lots of food for these kids. It's pretty safe to say it was WILD and fun and I am positive that they all had a BLAST!
