labor day!!

we have been wanting to go to 'sliding rock' in alpine all summer. 

 it couldn't have been better timing to go last minute on labor day!  i have heard it's a 

super crowded spot, but their was hardly anyone there because they were filming a movie.

 It was so perfect!  

sliding rock is a natural made waterslide and the water is freezing! 

everyone did it but jill and camry. haha

i even made the little kids do it at least once.  after they did it they loved it.

 Boston went down plenty more times, he loved it!

such a fun day and to top it off we went to 5 guys burgers & fries.  hit the spot!

now i'm on my sugar free diet for 2 weeks.  wish me luck!!
